PLEASE NOTE:

The frame can be mounted with disc brakes  or V-Brakes with its removable  brake pivots .

If your rear disc caliper is touching your spokes then you need to order our rear adapter to fit a 140mm disc instead of 120mm.

The seat post diameter is 25.4 mm.

The bottom bracket is BSA68 type.

The head tube is tapered from  1″  to  1-1/8″.

THE FRAME KIT INCLUDES:

Frame / Fork / Headset / Seat clamp system / 10mm front fork adapters / Removable V-Brakes pivots

IMPORTANT: You will need to order separately and therefore add to your basket, the chain tensioner system for V-Brake or disc brake with 10 or 20mm axle (The disc bracket is of the “Post mount” type for mounting a 120mm disc).

1/ DEVELOPED BY A PRO RIDER “DAVID GRAF” FOR ALL RIDERS:

The Scud Evo3 was developed over 2 years with the help and expertise of DAVID GRAF (Swiss Elite Olympian).

2/ OPTIMISED 3D INTEGRATION SYSTEM:

Our Scud Evo3 Junior and Expert frames cannot be ordered separately from their forks; because our Prophecy BMX fork is specific and unique being the first tapered fork from 1″ to 1-1/8″ for more rigidity and precision.

And also because we designed the Scud Evo3 frame with its fork as a single unit to optimize the weight/rigidity ratio, but also and above all to arrive at a unique and efficient final geometry that could be modified using other competing forks available on the market.

3/ OPTIMISED SPECIFIC GEOMETRY:

• A lower center of gravity with a lower position for more stability. Lower fork + bottom bracket = a lower rider position = More stability at high speeds and in curves.
• 73.5 degrees at the head tube with a fork leg offset of only 20 mm = More precision and thrust during technical passages and already be ahead of your competitors on the starting grid!
• The frame geometry has been designed to be optimal with 20×1-3/8″ rear tires.
• A wider total rear wheel spacing for greater stability.

4/ OPTIMISED FRAME RIGIDITY:

• Larger diameter bases and stays
• Connecting the bases to the bottom bracket via a “Yoke”
• Much higher down tube to seat tube connection
• A specific shape of the seat tube of the “Arc & Aero” type
•  A 1″  to  1-1/8″ tapered head tube

5/ OPTIMISED MOULD MAKING:

• 100% new mould with a new manufacturing process using exclusively high-modulus UD carbon from Japan.
• The main outer mold is made of very high quality special steel, very hard and durable over time.

• On the inside, we use polystyrene (EPS) and polyurethane (PU) moulding: With both EPS and PU moulding systems, we obtain an inner surface of our frames that is as smooth as the outside, with no beading or overlapping of the carbon fibres. This increases the quality of the frame structure resulting in a more rigid and lighter final product.

6/ OPTIMISED AERODYNAMICS:

• A specific shape of the seat tube of the “Arc & Aero” type
• 100% integration of the seat post clamping system
• Internal routing of brake housing at upper tube
• Maximum integration of the rear disc caliper on the frame using a “Post mount” type fixing to mount a 120mm disc
• A perfectly integrated chain tensioner system
