If any of the products in your order are faulty or do not conform to what you ordered, we will exchange them or refund you in full (provided they are returned in their original packaging). The shipping and return costs will be refunded.
How do I make a return?
You have 14 days from receipt of your package to return it and request an exchange or refund. To do this, you need to obtain a returns number from www.prophecy-bmx.com .
You can obtain your return number quickly and easily by sending an email to contact@prophecy-bmx.com
Once you have obtained the number by e-mail, attach your return form to your parcel which will have been sent to you at the same time already completed.
ATTENTION: the exchange is ONLY possible against a product of a value less than or equal to the returned product. Otherwise, ONLY REFUND IS POSSIBLE.

For the delivery of our large and small items, we offer home delivery to the address of your choice. So no need to travel!
If you are not at home on the day of delivery, a notice is left in your letterbox asking you to contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery date.

On www.prophecy-bmx.com PROPHECY BMX frames are guaranteed for 2 years.. The finish of the PROPHECY BMX frames and forks (paint, varnish, decoration) is guaranteed for 1 year (except Chrome paint which is not guaranteed). All other components are guaranteed for 1 year including the forks. The warranty applies to any manufacturing defect or fault found on PROPHECY BMX brand products by the PROPHECY BMX After Sales Service. The warranty covers only the first purchaser of the products concerned and does not cover expenses for assembly, disassembly, labour, packaging and shipping.

A direct response from our Customer Relations Centre by sending an e-mail to contact@prophecy-bmx.com specifying the date of purchase, the invoice number, photos and a detailed explanation of the problem.
After validation of your after-sales service request, you will receive an email with your return number, to be enclosed with your return package.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and you are free to choose the type of shipping.
If a warranty problem is verified, you will be offered a personalised solution: repair, sending an item in perfect condition or refund.
The guarantee does not apply:
In the event of an accident or serious fall, the high forces exerted on the frame and other components can lead to structural failure in later use.
With our Crash Replacement program we offer you the possibility to replace your PROPHECY BMX frame at a considerably reduced cost.

Please explain briefly and precisely how the damage was caused. We need this information to get an idea of what we will be looking for when we examine the frame or other components. Our service will then contact you to find out how to proceed.
The Crash Replacement service is limited to the original owner and to damage that compromises the functionality of the frame or components.. We reserve the right to suspend this service if we detect that the damage has been caused intentionally or is of a purely visual nature. We would also like to point out that it is not possible to upgrade to a different model unless the model concerned is no longer available.
The Crash Replacement programme can only be used once within 2 years of the date of purchase for frames and within 1 year for components.
“Crash replacement” conditions:
Note: In order to meet the requirements of the Crash Replacement programme, the frame, fork or component in question must be returned to us at your expense. If replacement is necessary, we reserve the right to keep the replaced parts. This Crash Replacement programme cannot be combined with other promotional offers
